okay now ladies
Hey peopleeee, it's Mikaela. Happy Sunday:) (or happy whatever day you're reading this). If this is your first time to my blog, WELCOME, HEY— HI I LOVE YOU!!! (Sorry I'm excited about today's post) but for real, let's be bffs. Anyways, today's blog post is a more serious one to all the my fellow ladies out there. It's time we know some important info girls. Keep reading to find out what I have learned :):):)
1.) Do not be fake
Read this over and over and over and over again until it clicks. DO NOT BE FAKE! Gossiping about someone you just said hey to or hugged is not okay. It never will be okay. And girls, we know we are all guilty of this. Me including. It really never occurred to me how irrelevant fake people are untill I got called out for it and so now I'm calling all of you fake girls out. I still love you, but honey, fake is not cute.
And to all of you who put up with fake girls every day, you don't have to take it. Call them out. That's what got me to repent from the fakeness. We are all women so we need to support each other and part of supporting each other is calling one another out for the things that make us ugly (metaphorically speaking because you guys are all so freaking beautiful).
2.) Tell people where you got your outfit
Help a girl out. We all know that when you say "I don't remember" you're lying. We know girl, you ain't hiding nothing from us. Trust me, I know how annoying it is to be copied, but learn to take it as a compliment. People want to know where you got your clothes because they think it looks good on you. They're complimenting you by copying you. (Still annoying though I get it), but don't be original if you don't want to be copied.
3.) Put it away
Before I continue, please know that every part of you is beautiful. BUT that does not mean that we want to see every part of you. Besides, have some respect for yourself. Modest is hottest ladies. And I'm not trying to tell you what to wear because obviously sometimes short shorts and a crop top is my kinda style from day to day, but if you got eveything hanging out everywhere, put at least some of it away. Save some for your husband, girlfriend.
4.) Eyebrows
This one is kinda off topic compared to the other ones, but I had to throw it in here. Ladies, chill out on the eyebrows. Nobody wants to see caterpillars on your face. Especially, big bushy catapillars that look like they are trapped inside of a box. (Harsh, I know. ) it's just that now days on social media and stuff, I'm seeing girls that have eyebrows that take up their whole forehead. That's not cute, it never will be cute. Okay? Okay.
5.) Independence is key
Girl, you do not need a man. God made you capable and strong enough to rely on yourself. Go out and get a good education and get a good job to support yourself and if a man happens to come along so be it. But, your entire life should not revolve around being dependent on a man to support you. YOU DO NOT NEED A MAN. You are a whole without one.
6.) Dance
Yes, I am aware that by this one I sound like a stupid teenaged girl, but maybe I am lol. If you've ever watched Greys Anatomy then you know that Meredith and Christina dance it out. One day, I was upset, so I thought I'd give it a try. IT WORKS. Sometimes, you just have to have a dance party in your room. At 2am. On a Thursday night. To Hannah Montana. Hypothetically speaking of course.
Okayyyy ladies. I hope you enjoyed this because I had so much fun writing it. I love you all so much and I'll see you in my next post!!:)
